Before joining Client Hub, Brenda spent more than 25 years running the operations of a busy accounting firm before moving into SaaS. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Science and has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 1999, earning Gold certification along the way. As Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator, Brenda is often the person behind your first login, your training session, or the help article that finally makes sense. Her background gives her a firsthand read on what accounting professionals actually need, and she uses that understanding to turn fear and frustration into confidence and capability.
