Streamline File Management with Client Hub's New Folder Feature!

Starting the new year off right, Client Hub has introduced a convenient new feature on the Setup and Settings page! You can now add a new folder (or a set of folders) to the File Manager across all Client Workspaces at once.

The Client Hub File Manager is a secure, convenient tool for sharing and exchanging files with your clients. With this update, firms can create a default set of folders in the Setup and Settings tab that will automatically apply to every new Client Workspace.

This feature is designed to save you time, eliminate the hassle of adding folders one by one, and ensure a consistent folder structure for all your clients.

How to Add a New Folder Across All Client Workspaces:

  1. Go to Setup & Settings.
  2. Choose either Client Shared Folder or Internal Folder.
  3. Click the Add Folder button.
  4. Enter the folder name.
  5. Select the option: β€œAdd the newly added folder to all current workspaces.”
  6. Click Create.
